In december 31th of 2016. I tried to set goals as usual, I say tried, because the normal is that those goals are not achieved. But this year it was a little bit diffent, I remember I was in my car and heard a guy talking on the radio Why you failed to achieved your goals. He was talking about how people used to set unreachable goals, like for example: I want to run a 1000KM instead I want to run 10KM every day of the month. What him is trying to explain is: It is better to set small but achievable goals than to set big and unachievable goals.

So I followed suit. The main goal I set for myself that day was to read one book per month. I think I made it, so this is the list that I want to share with all of you.

Here we go:

  1. Bible.
  2. En Honor al Espiritu Santo by Carlos Luna.
  3. Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them by J.K. Rowling.
  4. Harry Potter: Philosopher's Stone by J.K. Rowling.
  5. Harry Potter: Chamber of Secrets by J.K. Rowling.
  6. Harry Potter: Prisoner of Azkaban by J.K. Rowling.
  7. Harry Potter: Globet of Fire by J.K. Rowling.
  8. Steve Jobs by Karen Blumentahl.
  9. JS: The Right Way.
  10. Up & Going by YDKJS.
  11. Scope & Closures by YDKJS.
  12. $100 Startup by Chris Guillebeau.
  13. 100 Things every Designer Needs to know About People by Susan M. Weinschenk.
  14. React Up & Running by Stoyan Stefanov.

I have many stories about these books. Like I bougth the HP books on a trip in Quetzaltenango. I read more than one book per month. So this is my list I hope you can find it useful. And yeah, If you want to recommend a book you can reach in my twitter @LoconLuis.

Thanks for reading this post. See you soon.
